I grew up in Arizona on the border of the Mexican state of Sonora. I LOVE all things Mexican and miss that most from home. This supper club gives me a chance to share my love of Mexican food and culture. I will introduce some Sonoran-specialties, some New Mexican flavours and will also incorporate unique and delicious dishes from other regions of Mexico (Oaxaca, Puebla, Yucatan, etc).

Starter: Gorditas with Gran Luchito and Queso Fresco (fresh homemade cheese)
Pork Tamales (savoury corn cakes stuffed with chile roasted pork)
Main: Lamb Tacos with rice and beans
Dessert: Chile Chocolate Cake with Mexican Cinnamon Ice Cream
